You can make your request by completing and submitting our Interactive Prescription Refill Request or by calling our office at (702) 258-1601. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
Please allow our staff three business days for all refill requests. This policy is for both online and phone requests.
